Welcome to the CMHA-CEI Diversity Pages.  The Diversity Advisory Council (the "DAC"), along with the CMHA-CEI Board of Directors, Leadership, Staff and Labor, have been working together since 2004 for greater diversity within CMHA-CEI.  This combined effort is the CMHA-CEI Diversity Initiative. The Diversity Advisory Council is always open to your comments and suggestions.  Please feel free to contact the DAC

Unions formed so that employees could band together to protect workers rights. Insuring everyone is treated fairly regardless of their background is a central part of this mission.
