Community Mental Health Authority (CMHA-CEI) is a public mental health agency serving the residents of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties. We provide a wide range of services and supports to adults with mental illness, children and adolescents with emotional disturbances or mental illness, adults with developmental disabilities, children with developmental disabilities, and adults and children with substance use disorders. 

Today, with over 850 employees, CMHA-CEI has become the 15th largest employer in the region, and through contracts with other providers, makes an investment of an additional 500 jobs in our community.
