Provider Manual Section I Introduction January 1, 2007 Dear Network Provider: We are pleased to offer this on-line Network Provider Manual for Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties (CMHA) for your review. This manual contains information about this organization and its policies and procedures and other information you may find useful. The purpose of this manual is to familiarize you with our organization and how we operate, so that we can work together efficiently and effectively to provide care and services to our mutual consumers. We hope you use this manual as a resource to find answers to questions about CMHA services and operations. You will also find information here about the Community Mental Health Association of Mid-Michigan (CMHAMM). CMHAMM is an affiliation formed by the CMH agencies serving Gratiot County, Ionia County, Manistee and Benzie counties and Newaygo County. In the future, we will update the information found in this Manual, so please check back from time to time.
