Diversity

Learning From Each Other

We AFFIRM and VALUE the uniqueness of all individuals, acknowledging the similarities and differences that exist among us

We BELIEVE that these similarities will allow us to bridge our differences, moving beyond tolerance, toward embracing acceptance of our uniqueness

We ACKNOWLEDGE the impact of social determinants of health on the populations we support and UPLIFT Health Equity and Social Justice in our practices

We PROMOTE an awareness of cultural humility in our community, our supplier network and client base

We ENSURE that cultural humility is integrated and uplifted within our organizational culture

This philosophy will guide us in continuing to treat all people with fairness, dignity, and respect.
