Providers are expected to adhere to all standards, requirements, and legal obligations contained within their contract. Providers are responsible for understanding, demonstrated through service delivery, the content pertinent to the scope of work identified in contract. CMHA-CEI will make every effort to inform providers about policy, procedure, or other requirement change(s).
