Training requirements are set by Mid-State Health Network, MDHHS, and CMHA-CEI. Accepted trainings include those from any other CMH, courses vetted by the State Training Guidelines Workgroup (STGW) on Improving MI Practices (does not include in-person trainings), CMHA-CEI in-person training and CMHA-CEI online trainings/tests listed below. A-Contract Home staff must complete non-classroom trainings online through KnowledgeCity (see further information below). Provider created trainings need to be vetted and approved by the CMHA-CEI Training Unit Coordinator prior to being used to ensure the training meets all quality standards and guidelines. A-Contract Home Staff are now required to complete the former paper-based trainings online through KnowledgeCity. The Training Unit will no longer accept any paper-based tests sent in for grading from A-Contract Home Staff. Please see the link below for instructions and video tutorials for logging in and completing required trainings. If you need further assistance, please contact Bridget Doyle or Jennifer Wrather at the training unit. Other Contract Types may be added to KnowledgeCity in the future.
Improving MI Practices has many non-classroom trainings that would be accepted by CMHA-CEI. Below is the instruction page on how to sign up as an individual. The equivalent IMP classes are listed on the below contract grids. A-Contracts can utilize IMP for Recipient Rights only. If you have questions, please contact the Training unit, your assigned Quality Advisor, or the general Quality Advisor email listed above.
Classroom Clipboard is a website to take required non-classroom based tests. Refer the the "Required Training" table for the training powerpoints, then click on the "Test" link. This will take you to CMHA-CEI's Classroom Clipboard page. Depending on the required trainings you need (refer to applicable contract type training grid below), you will click the "Take Test" link next to the training title. Ensure to screenshot your final score (must be 80% or above) or download your completed test. Classroom Clipboard does not hold records.
