CMHA-CEI works with many community members and all substance use disorder (SUD) providers who contract with Mid-State Health Network (MSHN) to assist individuals in changing lifestyles from the cycle of homelessness and use of emergency department for issues that could be addressed elsewhere by guiding them onto the road to recovery, starting at The Recovery Center.
